Retention Specialist – Forex & CFD Industry

Kira Financial Brokers LLC is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retention Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of proven experience in client retention within the Forex and CFD industry.

The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, increasing trading activity, and enhancing overall client satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing Forex and CFD clients.

Proactively contact clients to encourage trading activity and account funding.

Identify inactive clients and implement strategies to reactivate them.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.

Address client concerns and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.

Promote company products, services, bonuses, and trading opportunities.

Achieve retention, revenue, and client engagement targets.

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.

Monitor client trading behavior and identify upselling opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retention Specialist in a Forex or CFD brokerage.

Strong understanding of MT4/MT5 trading platforms.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to build long-term relationships with high-value clients.

Experience working with CRM systems such as FX Back Office or similar.

Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu are a strong advantage.

Strong sales and persuasion abilities.

Knowledge of financial markets and trading instruments.

Experience handling VIP and high-net-worth clients.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
