About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations for a UAE-based multi-asset brokerage. You will oversee all operational functions including client onboarding, payment processing, regulatory compliance, trading operations, and back-office management.

Responsibilities
- Lead daily brokerage operations including onboarding, account opening, and client servicing
- Develop and improve operational policies and procedures
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams
- Supervise account opening processes and ensure compliance with AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee deposits and withdrawals, manage relationships with banks, PSPs, and payment gateways
- Reconcile client funds and operational accounts
- Manage MT5 operational setup and controls, coordinate with dealing desk and liquidity providers
- Work closely with Compliance and MLRO, support regulatory reporting and audits
- Manage CRM, MT5, Client Portal, Back Office, and payment integrations
- Lead and mentor operations staff, establish KPIs and performance metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 7 10 years of experience with regulated brokers in Forex/CFD brokerage operations in UAE/GCC markets
- Deep knowledge of MT5 Manager & Administrator
- Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, FX Back Office, B2Core, HubSpot, etc.)
- Knowledge of PSPs and banking operations
- Experience with client money reconciliation
- Knowledge of KYC/AML processes
- Experience with liquidity management and brokerage operations

Overview
- For a UAE based multi asset brokerage licensed and regulated by CMA, we are seeking an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in Forex, CFDs, OTC derivatives, and financial services.
- The successful candidate will oversee all operational functions of the brokerage, ensuring efficient client onboarding, payment processing, regulatory compliance support, trading operations, risk controls, and back office management.
- The candidate must have experience working with regulated brokers and possess deep knowledge of MT5, CRM systems, payment providers, KYC/AML procedures, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily brokerage operations.
- Manage onboarding, account opening, and client servicing.
- Develop and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Dealing, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- Supervise account opening processes.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor client due diligence and enhanced due diligence procedures.
- Oversee deposits and withdrawals.
- Manage relationships with banks, PSPs, and payment gateways.
- Reconcile client funds and operational accounts.
- Monitor payment processing turnaround times.
- Manage MT5 operational setup and controls.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 10 years with regulated brokers in Forex/CFD brokerage operations in UAE/GCC markets is highly desirable.
- MT5 Manager & Administrator.
- CRM systems (Zoho, FX Back Office, B2Core, HubSpot, etc.).
- PSPs and banking operations.
- Client money reconciliation.

Compensation
- AED 25,000 – AED 50,000 + performance bonus (depending on experience)
