About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Store Planner to manage stock and flows for a luxury retail store in Dubai. You will optimize stock coverage, analyze sales, and collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure the right products are available.

Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal stock quality and stock month coverage
- Analyze, identify, and closely follow up key selling items by métier at SKU, model, and category levels
- Arrange weekly meetings with In store Sales floor manager to align on product offer
- Proactively advise and promote slow moving items to the Sales team
- Monitor and flag product shortage or risk of shortage and propose alternatives
- Define, follow, and optimize the right stock coverage for the store
- Monitor storage capacity to avoid saturation and enhance sales strategy
- Implement min/max settings and follow up on replenishment plan
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Retail back office or Planning/Supply Chain
- Good understanding of supply chain basic concepts
- Good knowledge of forecasts methodologies and tools
- Excellent behavioral and communication skills, leadership, ability to work with sales teams and liaise with corporate teams
- Very organized, rigorous, and reliable
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient with Excel (PIVOT, Xlookup functions), Word, PowerPoint

Overall Mission
- The Retail Store Planner contributes to the business of the store and quality of service by ensuring optimal management of store stocks and flows.
- Goal is to get the right product at the right moment in store to improve and sustain sales.
- Oversees replenishment plan and strategy for the store.
Main Missions
- Stock Quality & stock month coverage responsibility
- Analyze, identify and closely follow up the key selling items by Métier at different levels: SKUs, model, category and implement relevant KPI (MOS, Sell trough)
- Arrange weekly meetings with In store Sales floor manager to align on the product offer in store
- Apply the product strategy defined with Store team & Retail Merchandising
- Proactively advise and promote slow moving items to the Sales team
- Proactively monitor and flag product shortage or risk of shortage and propose alternatives
- Define, follow, and optimize the right stock coverage for the store
- Implement relevant KPIs: MOS, Sell trough, Stock ageing and ensuring rotation of products from remote warehouse
- Monitor storage capacity to avoid saturation and enhance sales strategy
- Implement min/max settings and follow up on replenishment plan
Profile
- At least 2 years’ experience in Retail back office or Planning/Supply Chain
- Good understanding of supply chain basic concepts
- Good knowledge of forecasts methodologies and tools
- Excellent behavioral and communication skills, leadership, ability to work with sales teams and liaise with corporate teams
