Responsibilities

• Lead, train, motivate, and direct the branch sales team.
• Plan and monitor daily and monthly sales performance against targets.
• Supervise opening, closing, inventory, and stock shortage procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and attractive product presentation.
• Oversee customer service and resolve complex complaints and inquiries.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on performance, KPIs, customer feedback, and inventory needs.
• Enforce payment, return, exchange, attendance, and other company policies.

Requirements

• Have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field.
• Have 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and apparel.
• Have previous supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrate team leadership, coaching, motivation, and performance-development skills.
• Be able to analyze KPIs and sales reports.
• Be proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, point-of-sale systems, and inventory systems.
• Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Be able to manage pressure, multiple priorities, and operational working-time requirements.
