Job Overview

Employment and Compensation

• The position is full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance and achieve branch goals.
• Develop sales action plans and monitor daily and monthly performance against targets.
• Supervise opening, closing, inventory, and shortage-monitoring procedures.
• Maintain the company’s visual merchandising standards and professional product presentation.
• Oversee customer service quality and resolve complex complaints and inquiries.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on branch performance, KPIs, customer feedback, and inventory needs.
• Ensure employees follow payment, return, exchange, attendance, and punctuality policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, sales, or a related field.
• Three to five years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion and apparel, including prior supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrated team-management, leadership, motivation, and employee-development ability.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and sales reports to support performance improvements.
• Advanced computer, Microsoft Office, point-of-sale, and inventory-management-system skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally.
• Ability to handle work pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet operational requirements.
