Deliver an exceptional showroom experience through personalized, solution-based sales.
Drive individual and store sales performance by building customer relationships, promoting products, and supporting a seamless customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage showroom customers and advise them on products and solutions.
- Showcase products and help customers discover ways to transform their living spaces.
- Maintain customer information in CRM systems and manage relationships, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Gather and share customer feedback and coordinate complaint resolution with the Quality team.
- Stay updated on products, initiatives, and promotions.
