RAK Ceramics is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for its UAE retail team.
The role delivers an exceptional showroom experience through personalized, solution-based sales.
The position drives individual and store sales performance by building customer relationships, promoting products, and supporting a seamless customer journey.
What You Will Be Doing
- Greet showroom customers, advise them on products and solutions, and help them discover ways to transform their living spaces.
- Maintain customer information in CRM systems while managing relationships, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Act as a product and customer solutions expert and share customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve complaints and ensure timely closure.
