The Role
The Sales Coordinator supports the UAE Sales–Dubai Projects team.
The role coordinates quotations, orders, sales offers, technical submittals, and related sales administration.
Sales Coordination and Administration
- Prepare sales offers, proforma invoices, and technical submittals for clients.
- Prepare and submit quotations, offers, and sales documentation accurately within required timelines.
- Maintain current digital records of offers and quotations submitted to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team and internal departments to process sales activities.
Order and Request Processing
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare special price requests and coordinate approvals as required.
- Handle sample requests and coordinate fulfilment with the Operations Department.
