Customer Experience
- Deliver a positive and consistent customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first time resolution.
- Gather and share feedback to help improve products, services, and overall experience.
- Support the achievement of customer satisfaction and performance goals.
Store Operations
- Maintain a clean, well organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and stock management.
- Handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, and complete daily reconciliations.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data protection guidelines.
- Report any issues or challenges to the store manager with suggested improvements.
Product Knowledge & Development
- Stay updated on the latest products, services, and market trends.
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance knowledge and performance.
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
Teamwork & Professional Conduct
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Be proactive, reliable, and flexible in supporting store needs.
