Retail Planner, Fixed Term Contract, Head Office

• Support including but not limited to: analysis of performance, forecasting, reordering of métiers as directed

Performance criteria

Achieve the targets set during the annual appraisal / review

Achieve optimized stock efficiency for the subsidiary

Contribution to the overall development of the Hermes House

The candidate will possess an analytical mind, is highly numeric and financially oriented.

Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Mathematics is preferred

The candidate would have had previous experience as an Assistant/Junior Planner or similar, and would have played a direct role in allocations, core lines planning, deliveries tracking, order portfolio maintenance and merchandise reporting

The chosen candidate will be an individual who is highly efficient by nature and possesses acute attention to detail

The candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills dealing with internal and external parties

The candidate is able to work well collaboratively with others, both from within the Merchandise Team and other departments

The candidate will be technologically savvy, possessing a strong background in Excel and able to adapt swiftly to the use of a variety of retail, replenishment, logistics and data reporting systems

The candidate will be a team player who can work autonomously and demonstrate effective time management

• The candidate is responsible, reliable, self-motivated and able to take initiative
