About the role
Lead multi-store retail operations across KSA, driving sales, profitability, customer experience, operational excellence, and team productivity, while ensuring compliance with KSA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across stores.
- Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
- Ensure consistent store operations, SOPs, VM, and customer service standards.
- Drive optical excellence, including eye-testing quality and customer experience.
- Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance.
- Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.
- Monitor customer KPIs, complaints, and service quality.
- Support new store openings, expansion, and location development.
- Ensure KSA regulatory, Saudization, and licensing compliance.
- Use retail data and analytics to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
Ideal Profile
7–10+ years in retail operations; optical/eyewear experience is preferred.
Strong multi-store/multi-city KSA experience.
Proven track record in sales and team leadership.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Arabic & English is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Retail Management or a related field.
