Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations in all stores
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets
- Analyze sales reports, trends, and KPIs to formulate strategies
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and merchandising standards
- Oversee inventory control and stock management
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate store managers and staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all touchpoints
- Prepare routine operational and performance reports for senior management
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience in retail, preferably in jewelry, gold, or luxury goods
- Experience in operational leadership and process improvement
- Ability to drive sales growth and analyze sales reports
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory control
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and training
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
