Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketing Manager with over 5 years of experience in the fragrance or beauty industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across physical and omni-channel retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement retail marketing strategies tailored to perfume and fragrance categories
  • Plan and execute in-store campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and visual teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to optimize campaigns
  • Manage retail marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
  • Coordinate with distributors, retailers, and external agencies for campaign rollouts
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
  • Oversee point-of-sale materials, displays, and brand activation initiatives
  • Train retail staff on product knowledge and brand positioning

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in perfumes or beauty
  • Strong understanding of fragrance market trends and consumer preferences
  • Proven track record in executing successful retail campaigns
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and insights
  • Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with luxury or premium fragrance brands
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising and in-store branding
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing analytics tools
  • Creativity with a strong eye for detail and branding
