Responsibilities
- Manage the full supply chain process for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished perfume products
- Plan and control inventory levels to ensure smooth production and product availability
- Coordinate with procurement, production, warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams
- Monitor production requirements, material availability, and delivery timelines
- Manage suppliers, freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse operations
- Oversee local and international shipments, import/export processes, and customs documentation
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods
- Improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize stock shortages or delays
- Prepare supply chain reports, forecasts, stock movement analysis, and inventory updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs procedures, and logistics standards
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or inventory management
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC import, export, customs, warehouse, and logistics operations
- Experience in production planning, demand planning, stock control, supplier coordination, and shipment follow up
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory systems
- English is required; Arabic is an advantage

Job Overview
