Responsibilities
- Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the retail division
- Proactively support the delivery of HR processes and initiatives across the retail sector
- Manage complex employee relations issues, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement effective talent management strategies
- Provide expert advice and guidance on UAE labour law and company HR policies
- Drive recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain high calibre talent
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights and data driven recommendations
- Champion organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and employee engagement
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role, with significant experience in the retail industry
- In depth knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and proficiency in HRIS systems
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi national organisation
