- Answer telephone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservation requests
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Assist guests with directions, information about the menu, and restaurant services
- Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Support special events, promotions, and VIP guest arrangements
- Maintain high standards of grooming, appearance, and professionalism in line with Ladurée brand standards
- Work closely with restaurant management and service staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality related qualifications are an advantage
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer facing hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer skills
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Summary
- The Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests at Ladurée.
