Responsibilities
- Ensure all stores operate according to brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards
- Coordinate with store managers to address daily operational needs and resolve issues
- Coordinate product knowledge and sales technique training for Beauty Advisors
- Conduct regular retail audits to ensure compliance with SOPs
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze performance trends and support strategies to drive sales and improve underperforming doors
- Ensure proper execution of planograms and seasonal displays in line with brand guidelines
- Ensure smooth day to day operations across all stores or counters
- Support in implementing in store promotions, gift with purchase, and campaign execution
- Support execution of in store activations, seeding campaigns, and promotional events
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and report back for future planning
Requirements
- Experience in retail coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising standards
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends
- Strong communication and coordination skills
