Role Overview
The employer is recruiting fresh graduates and young professionals with around one year of experience for an ICT company’s team in Dubai, UAE.
The role provides hands-on experience in consumer sales and retail business activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in sales and retail business activities and gain hands-on experience in consumer business.
- Learn and apply product knowledge, customer service, sales skills, and retail operations.
- Support daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales and business targets.
- Take on more responsibilities and grow into sales and retail-related roles based on performance and capabilities.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates or candidates with around one year of work experience.
- Native or near-native Chinese language proficiency is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales and retail and interest in developing a long-term career in the field.
- A proactive, energetic attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous sales or retail experience is not mandatory.
