About the Role
Support IP networking market development and customer engagements on behalf of Huawei.
Combine IP networking knowledge with communication, customer engagement, and business insight to support market and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive IP networking market development by identifying market trends, customer needs, and opportunities.
- Conduct customer and network insights and translate business requirements into appropriate IP networking solutions.
- Support IP networking strategy development and alignment with market and business priorities.
- Engage customers, recommend solutions, and support workshops, technical discussions, marketing activities, and industry events.
- Maintain customer stakeholder relationships and coordinate with technical, sales, product, and delivery teams.
- Support project operations, track actions, monitor feedback, and identify opportunities for improved customer experience and collaboration.
- Contribute to product and solution positioning based on market feedback and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in IP networking, telecommunications, network solutions, product management, presales, solution architecture, network planning, or a related field.
