Opportunity Overview
Join the Restructuring and Special Situations advisory team of a Dubai-based investment-banking and financial-services platform.
Work on financial restructurings, refinancings, recapitalizations, distressed M&A, and capital-raising transactions across the GCC and wider MENA region.
Work with senior bankers, corporate management teams, shareholders, lenders, and external advisers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support restructuring, refinancing, recapitalization, liability-management, and special-situations assignments.
- Build three-statement models, liquidity forecasts, debt-capacity analyses, recovery assessments, and scenario cases.
- Analyze capital structures, debt documentation, financing options, and stakeholder outcomes.
- Prepare presentations, board materials, valuation analyses, creditor materials, information memoranda, and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate financial, commercial, and legal diligence processes.
- Support negotiations with lenders, shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct company, industry, market, and comparable-company research.
- Assist with transaction origination and pitch preparation.
