Role Overview
The finance function is small and senior, and this position serves as the operational backbone for both investment vehicles.
The role reports directly into finance leadership and works closely with the investment team, limited partners, auditors, counsel, and the fund administrator.
Role Exposure
- The position offers technical exposure to closed-end and evergreen fund mechanics, live distributions, waterfalls, carried interest, and investor communications.
- The role includes the opportunity to redesign process and reporting infrastructure as the evergreen vehicle grows.
Fund Administration
- Run fund accounting and administration across both vehicles with the outsourced administrator.
- Manage drawdowns, capital calls, distributions, and investor notices from start to finish.
