Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day operations across multiple restaurant brands and units
- Manage restaurant teams including scheduling, performance, and accountability
- Monitor P&L performance, control food and labor costs, and protect margins
- Coordinate with culinary, supply chain, and marketing teams to support menu execution and brand standards
- Elevate guest experience toward fine dining standards
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, training, and guest experience
- Support new openings and expansion plans
Requirements
- Multi unit restaurant operations expertise
- Strong F&B background with fine dining experience highly valued
- Team leadership experience in hospitality or F&B
- Financial acumen including cost control, inventory management, P&L review, budgeting, and KPI tracking
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (SFDA, HACCP, ISO 22000, Baladi)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English; Arabic skills and familiarity with Saudi F&B market are strong advantages
