- Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date list of all cost/ prices, ensure that all the cost/price measures and advice on variations
- Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs and keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost cutting partnerships.
- Manage supplier relationships and approve purchases with the Purchasing Department.
- Make periodical checks on the value of the restaurant food as compared to posted food totals by the cashiers
- Periodic physical count for the affiliate and distributor stock.
- Conduct cost analyses to identify savings opportunities.
- Coordinate with Finance, and Operations to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
- Maintain cost efficiency and monitor departmental spending within approved budgets.
- Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost
- During the annual audit, acts as a link between auditors and Supply Chain and supplies information required for audit.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- . 10 years of experience in cost control within the FMCG industry.
- .
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and Menu Engineering.
- .
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- .
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- .
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- .
- Experience in Multibranch F&B Brand is a must.
