- Oversee cost control across multiple brands and outlets, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring food, labor, and operating expenses
- Develop and maintain cost models, analyze variances, and provide management with actionable insights to improve profitability
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations to track inventory, validate supplier pricing, and optimize menu and recipe costs
- Support monthly closing activities, prepare cost reports and dashboards, and recommend cost saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- Strong cost management, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in cost control across multi outlet or multi brand operations
- Proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost modeling using Excel or similar analytical tools
- Experience with inventory management, supplier pricing review, and recipe/menu costing in the food and beverage or hospitality sector with minimum 10 years experience
- Familiarity with ERP systems, POS data, and cost accounting practices relevant to restaurant or food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and attention to detail skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work on site in Jeddah, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Prior experience in the Saudi food and beverage industry or hospitality sector is highly desirable

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Cost Manager role based in Jeddah.
- The Cost Manager will oversee cost control across multiple brands and outlets, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring food, labor, and operating expenses.
- Responsibilities include developing and maintaining cost models, analyzing variances, and providing management with actionable insights to improve profitability.

Qualifications
- Strong cost management, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in cost control across multi outlet or multi brand operations.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, and cost modeling using Excel or similar analytical tools.
- Experience with inventory management, supplier pricing review, and recipe/menu costing in the food and beverage or hospitality sector with minimum 10 years experience.
