Job Summary
- We are seeking a professional and customer focused Restaurant Waiter / Waitress to join our fine dining restaurant in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, experience in fine dining hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages professionally according to fine dining service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and food safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up and closing dining areas before and after service.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers where applicable.
