Responsibilities
- Review bookings and plan for smooth department operation during shift
- Review daily arrivals and departures to ensure proper handling of VIP guests and groups
- Ensure F&B area is clean, properly equipped, and in high standard of maintenance before opening
- Implement and maintain guest recognition program, handling food likes/dislikes and allergies
- Assist in scheduling, training, and providing feedback to F&B hosts
- Handle guest feedback, inquiries, and comments, logging and initiating appropriate action
- Be responsible for evacuation in emergencies, acting as first point of contact
- Assist in controlling outlet operational budget to maximize profitability
- Supervise F&B host team and be present throughout service
- Greet guests on arrival and conduct welcome and check in procedures
Requirements
- Minimum hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school
- More than two years' experience in a similar operational role
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with MICROS/point of sale platforms
- Knowledge of food and beverage terminology, costs, menu development, food and hygiene codes
- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- Knowledge of food and beverage terminology, costs, menu development, food and hygiene codes.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Some knowledge of local language and customs.
