Mesopotamia, meaning "land between the rivers," was a historical region stretching across the fertile plains surrounding and between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers.

While modern-day Iraq is often associated with Mesopotamia, the region also encompassed parts of Türkiye (up to Cappadocia), Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Iran.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor based in Doha, Qatar.

The Restaurant Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure high levels of customer service, and maintain a positive dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer interactions, ensuring adherence to food and beverage quality standards, and assisting with inventory and scheduling.

The role also involves coordinating with other team members to facilitate smooth operations and address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a restaurant environment.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent Communication skills to engage with team members and patrons effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations and best practices.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
  • 3+ years experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a related role is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional language skills are an asset.
