Role Description
- As a Hostess at NHG, you will play a critical role in providing a warm and welcoming experience for guests at one of the exclusive concept, Dokya where located in the heart of Souq Waqif, Doha, Qatar. This is a full time, on site position requiring you to manage reservations, greet and assist guests
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively connect with guests and team members
- 2+ years experience with managing reservations and coordinating seating arrangements
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest needs and create positive experiences
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette for handling inquiries and managing calls professionally
- Ability to remain poised and professional in a fast paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
