Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Floor Supervisor to join our leadership team.

• Supervise and oversee daily floor operations to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant.
• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, including waitstaff, hosts, and bussers, to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Coordinate seating and manage the flow of guests to optimize table turnover and minimize wait times.
• Train, develop, and evaluate staff performance; provide constructive feedback and support.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies.
• Ensure that all restaurant policies and procedures are followed, including those related to customer service and employee conduct.
• Help with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and guest engagement.
• Assist in managing the restaurant’s budget, including labor costs and expenses.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely food delivery.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
