Restaurant Server (Doha, Qatar based)

The Restaurant Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests at Ninja Ramen Restaurant.

This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

The Server will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all customers.

o聽聽Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.

o聽聽Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and communicate them to the kitchen.

o聽聽Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

o聽聽Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.

o聽聽Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.

o聽聽Clean and set-up dining areas as needed.

o聽聽Monitor and restock service supplies as necessary.

o聽聽Ensure orders are delivered accurately and in a timely manner.

o聽聽Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure special requests and dietary restrictions are accommodated.

1.4.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Sales and Transactions

o聽聽Present menus and provide information about menu items, including specials and promotions.

o聽聽Upsell additional products when appropriate.

o聽聽Handle orders, cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.

o聽聽Work closely with all other staff, and management to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

o聽聽Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

o聽聽Follow instructions from the Restaurant Supervisor and Manager.

1.6.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Health and Safety

o聽聽Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.

o聽聽Ensure proper handling and storage of food and beverages.

o聽聽Educate guests about Japanese culture and cuisine, providing information about menu items and dining traditions.

o聽聽Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of Japanese culture and cuisine.

2.1.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Previous experience as a Restaurant Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

2.2.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2.3.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

2.5.聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
