- Previous experience as a cook or in a professional kitchen setting; experience in halal food preparation is an advantage
- Willingness to learn Ninja Ramen’s recipes, standards, and procedures
- Ability to stand for long periods, handle physical tasks, and work varying shifts

Role Description
- The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking ramen and other menu items according to Ninja Ramen’s recipes and standards in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Day to day tasks include food preparation, portioning ingredients, managing cooking times, plating dishes, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- The role also involves coordinating with the kitchen team, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and on time
- This is a full time, on site role based at Ninja Ramen Restaurant in Doha, Qatar, requiring flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications
- Strong skills in food preparation and cooking, preferably with experience in ramen or Japanese cuisine
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene standards, and proper handling of kitchen equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment, manage multiple orders, and maintain consistency in food quality
