Position Summary
Support restaurant and hotel guest service operations as a Restaurant Reservation Agent.
Provide information about guest stays, property services, and area attractions while assisting other departments as needed.
Guest Service and Communication
- Engage guests in conversation about their stay, property services, and local attractions or offerings.
- Welcome guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
- Prepare and review written documents accurately and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Exchange information with employees through electronic devices, radios, pagers, and email.
Systems and Operations
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain clean work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures.
- Follow safety and security policies, complete training, and report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, company assets, and positive working relationships.
