About the Role
We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager for our upcoming fine dining branch in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations across multiple outlets, manage P&L, inventory, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations across all restaurant outlets
- Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure operational excellence
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
- Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business growth
- Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve organizational objectives
- Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, cleaning schedules, and opening/closing procedures
- Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement across all locations
- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance across outlets
- Develop and monitor budgets, sales targets, revenue, and operating costs
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of FOH and BOH teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5–7 years of Operations Management experience in the F&B industry
- Proven multi unit/outlet management experience
- Background with structured organizations such as hotel chains, franchise operations, or medium to large restaurant groups
- Strong leadership skills with ability to hold teams accountable and drive results
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in P&L management and financial reporting
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational reporting tools
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
