Overview

  • We are looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager for our upcoming fine dining branch in Abu Dhabi. Candidate with relevant experience should apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across all restaurant outlets.
  • Conduct regular outlet inspections to ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ordering processes, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs, cleaning schedules, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Drive operational consistency and continuous improvement across all locations.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) performance across outlets.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, sales targets, revenue, and operating costs.
  • Maintain strict control over Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), waste management, spoilage prevention, and portion control.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 5–7 years of Operations Management experience in the F&B industry.
  • Proven multi unit/outlet management experience.
  • Background with structured organizations such as hotel chains, franchise operations, or medium to large restaurant groups.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and drive results.
  • Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in P&L management and financial reporting.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and operational reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
