Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional kitchen experience
- Minimum 3 years in leadership roles: Sous Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Manager
- Experience in high volume hospitality operations
- Strong command of hot kitchen, cold kitchen, prep, pass, and service operations
- Excellent knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Strong understanding of kitchen workflow and timing
- Ability to manage high volume service efficiently
- Strong knowledge of HACCP standards
- PIC Certification preferred or required
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, emails)
