- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and manage front of house and back of house teams
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer experience
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and footfall
- Work closely with marketing teams or agencies to support promotions, influencer collaborations, and campaigns
- Keep updated with current F&B trends, customer behavior, and modern restaurant marketing strategies
- Contribute ideas to attract new customers and improve brand positioning in the market
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing restaurants in the UAE
- Proven background in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine restaurants
- Strong knowledge of UAE F&B market, customer preferences, and compliance standards
- Hands on leadership experience in full restaurant operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly customer focused with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Trend aware and digitally savvy with a modern approach to restaurant management
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service, quality, and efficiency
- Lead, train, and manage front of house and back of house teams

- Contributes ideas to attract new customers and improve brand positioning in the market
- Understands how digital presence impacts customer decisions and restaurant reputation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing restaurants in the UAE
- Proven background in Lebanese or Arabic cuisine restaurants

Pay
- AED 8,000.00 AED 12,000.00 per month
