- Research and identify suitable influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across various social media platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and content creators
- Conduct outreach and negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and compensation
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from planning through execution and completion
- Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
- Prepare campaign briefs and communicate expectations clearly to influencers
- Monitor campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI
- Track influencer deliverables and ensure timely content publication
- Stay up to date with influencer marketing trends, emerging creators, and platform updates
- Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign records, contracts, and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand partnerships, or social media marketing
- Proven experience in influencer marketing with a strong portfolio of successful collaborations involving fashion, lifestyle, and restaurant/F&B brands
- Established network of influencers, content creators, and talent agencies within the fashion and food & beverage industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- In depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) and their influencer ecosystems

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Marketing, social media, and Creative teams to develop effective campaign strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost effective partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–8 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, brand partnerships, or social media marketing.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful collaborations involving fashion, lifestyle, and restaurant/F&B brands.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, execute, and manage influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and campaign objectives.
- Established network of influencers, content creators, and talent agencies within the fashion and food & beverage industries is highly preferred.
- Experience negotiating and managing influencer partnerships, including collaboration terms, deliverables, and campaign execution.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
- In depth knowledge of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and their respective influencer ecosystems.
- Experience using influencer marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and campaign performance reporting.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of current digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing trends.
Pay
- AED 5,000.00 AED 8,000.00 per month
