Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team!
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and well-being.
You will help train and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards.
You will also help facilitate communication between our chefs and waitstaff.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Pay to commensurate with experience
Sign on Bonus after 90 days
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in Organizing/Building/Managing waitstaff team
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Help develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
- Maintaining optimal restaurant ambiance
- Adhering to company policies and standards
- Outside expedition during peak/rush hour
