The Pizzeria Counter Associate serves as the first point of contact for customers.

This role includes greeting guests, taking orders accurately, handling payments/point-of-sale systems, coordinating with the kitchen, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the pizzeria or approach the counter.
• Take orders accurately for dine-in, takeout, and phone-in customers.
• Provide menu knowledge, including specials, ingredients, and customization options.
• Suggest add-ons or promotions when appropriate.
• Ensure orders are communicated clearly to kitchen staff.

• Operate the POS system efficiently.
• Process cash, card, and mobile payments with accuracy.
• Issue receipts, make change, and handle refunds when needed.
• Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts (if assigned).

• Work closely with pizza makers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
