  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader, Restaurant Captain, or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of upselling techniques and guest engagement.
  • Experience in a beach area restaurant is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to supervise service staff and maintain service standards.
  • Russian-speaking candidates will be given top priority.
  • Preferred Nationalities: Russian, Indian, Filipino, or Arabic.
  • Lead and support the restaurant service team.
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
  • Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and qualifications.
