  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
  • Build positive relationships to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Guest Relations, Guest Experience, Front Office, or a similar hospitality role.
  • Must be fluent in Russian and English .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and qualifications.
