Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abu Dhabi for a Restaurant Branch Manager.
The role involves overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, managing staff schedules, maintaining quality service standards, and driving customer satisfaction.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing budgets, monitoring inventory, and implementing strategies to meet sales and profitability goals.
The manager will also provide training and mentorship to team members while addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills
- Experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management
- Proficiency in restaurant operations, inventory management, and budgeting
- Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in hospitality or the restaurant industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
