- Professional appearance and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor when engaging with guests.
- Proficiency in handling reservations and waitlists, including coordinating seating plans and managing booking systems.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with excellent phone etiquette for answering inquiries and taking bookings.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, multitask during peak hours, and work effectively in a fast paced restaurant environment.
- Previous front of house or hospitality experience is preferred; experience in Dubai or similar markets is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are beneficial for serving a diverse guest base.
- Professional appearance, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
