Role Description
This is a full-time Barista role based on-site in Abu Dhabi.
The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, assisting in food preparation, and providing exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness and organization, managing inventory, and supporting team members to deliver an outstanding customer dining experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista skills and experience with coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Basic knowledge and skill in Food Preparation
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills with a positive attitude and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
