- Assess patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, arterial blood gas analysis, and oxygen saturation monitoring
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, nebulization treatments, and chest physiotherapy
- Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators, CPAP, and BiPAP devices
- Assist physicians during intubation, bronchoscopy, and other respiratory procedures
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and modify therapy plans as directed by physicians
- Respond to emergency situations, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and code blue events
- Educate patients and families on respiratory diseases, treatment plans, and home respiratory equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with hospital policies
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of respiratory equipment
- Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards

Job Summary

- The role involves administering respiratory therapies, monitoring patient progress, operating respiratory care equipment, and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests, arterial blood gas analysis, and oxygen saturation monitoring.
