- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Develop highly targeted audience strategies to maximize campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for better results
- Manage and grow the hospital's social media presence through strategic planning and performance analysis
- Work closely with the marketing team to support daily marketing activities and campaigns
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign optimization
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and performance reporting
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Healthcare marketing experience is an advantage
- Must be based in the UAE or eligible to work in the UAE

- Royal Health Hospital is looking for a results driven Media Buyer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
