- Translate brand strategy into effective tactical plans and campaigns, ensuring alignment with local, regional, and global objectives
- Drive operational marketing excellence through detail aids, promotional materials, digital initiatives, and omnichannel programs
- Collect and synthesize market insights—including patient journeys, prescriber behavior, and competitive intelligence—to inform brand decisions
- Enable field force success by translating strategy into clear guidance, supporting training sessions, and equipping teams with strong communication tools
- Lead execution of brand activities including local meetings, congresses, and expert engagement programs within agreed timelines and budgets
- Manage brand budgets effectively while monitoring performance through KPIs and providing accurate forecasting inputs
- Ensure full compliance with internal Code of Ethics, promotional regulations, pharmacovigilance, and quality standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Pharmacy or Medicine; MBA or Marketing qualification is a plus
- Minimum 8 years' experience in pharmaceuticals with at least 4 years of Biologics experience in the Greater Gulf
- Proven specialty care experience; Immunology or Respiratory therapeutic area experience highly valued
- Strong execution and project management skills with an analytical mindset
- Effective communication and presentation abilities with experience working cross functionally in matrix environments
- High learning agility, attention to detail, and a strong compliance mindset

- As Respiratory Brand Lead within our Specialty Care team, you'll drive the execution, performance, and growth of an assigned Respiratory brand across its lifecycle stages.
