Resources Generalist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, documentation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace practices.
• Support employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
• Assist with performance reviews, evaluations, development plans, leave, attendance, and working-hours administration.
• Support payroll preparation and assist with compensation, benefits, incentives, and HR programs.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures, forms, templates, employee communications, and compliance records.
• Support engagement initiatives, training, professional development, workforce planning, and HR reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality and identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Human Resources, HR Generalist, HR Operations, People Operations, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.
• Good knowledge of employment policies, HR procedures, and workplace practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and collaborate with managers and HR teams.
• Good English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or an equivalent HR certification is advantageous.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems, or employee management platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
