Role Overview
Resident Project Manager - Construction/Engineering based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role is the site-based client representative during construction of a major industrial or logistics facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and the baseline programme.
- Administer contracts, issue contractual notices, and manage construction sequencing and interfaces.
- Identify risks, delays, constraints, and non-compliances and escalate recommendations.
- Lead inspections, quality reviews, NCRs, corrective actions, and quality closeout.
- Monitor progress and critical-path risks, support recovery planning, and provide project controls information.
- Enforce HSE requirements and monitor contractor safety performance.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover readiness.
- Coordinate project stakeholders and prepare reports, dashboards, records, and correspondence logs.
