Role Overview
The company is seeking a highly qualified Architectural Engineer to join its team in Riyadh.
The role covers architectural and interior fit-out supervision, coordination, quality control, and technical reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise architectural and interior fit-out works throughout all project phases.
- Ensure high-end finishes meet project specifications and design intent.
- Coordinate with designers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Review drawings, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with project, code, safety, and quality requirements.
- Prepare technical, progress, and site observation reports.
- Support project schedules and quality objectives and participate in design review meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural engineering and construction supervision.
- Strong hospitality project experience, particularly in hotels and luxury developments.
- Proven expertise in interior design coordination and high-end finishes.
- Experience with premium hospitality brands, luxury hotels, or large-scale mixed-use developments is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing, materials, quality control, Saudi regulations, codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Workplace
- The position is based in Riyadh and includes construction site inspections and supervision.
