About House of Consulting Office
House of Consulting Office is a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm based in Saudi Arabia, providing integrated architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy services.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor civil and structural works across industrial, logistics, and data center projects
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable standards
- Review civil/structural shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, and technical documentation
- Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of foundations, concrete works, structural elements, external works, roads, drainage, and related civil activities
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with approved construction schedules and quality requirements
- Verify materials and workmanship meet project specifications and approved standards
- Identify non-conformance issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and other disciplines to resolve technical and site-related issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, construction supervision, and site inspection
- Proven experience in industrial, logistics, warehouse, or data center projects
